New Culinary Courses
Many of the participants in the Culinary Tourism and Arts course have expressed interest in coming back to the Bonavista Institute to do short cooking courses. We have developed two courses, Signature Dishes and The Business of Food. We will be forwarding information on these two courses in the very near future.

Bonavista Institute for Cultural Tourism works in conjunction with Enterprise South East to offer the First New Brunswick Cultural Coast Tourism Forum.BICT facilitator Laurel Reid facilitated this one day cultural and culinary pokies on line event, facilitator Beth Kellly-Hatt did a networking session, and facilitator Heather MacDonald gave the keynote address and co-ordinated the culinary experience.
